Located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Grand Valley State University tasked MSM during their yearlong campaign with ways to engage the 78,000 GVSU alumni who are on Facebook and capture up-to-date alumni contact information.
MSM collected alumni contact information by enticing them to enter a giveaway contest with the chance to win GVSU branded prize packs.
During the university’s first 30-day Alumni Reconnect campaign, MSM was able to help GVSU increase its Facebook fan base by 64%, reach more than 32,340 alumni, and obtain current alumni contact information.

We use Facebook data to locate people who have identified themselves as alumni of your university — regardless of whether or not you ever had them on your contact list.
